I thrive on making connections and love listening to everyone's stories and their interpretations of life. My counselling philosophy revolves around understanding and responding to your individual needs, ensuring each session brings you closer to clarity and control over your emotions.​

Credentials and Areas of Expertise
  • I hold a Diploma in Counselling and Psychology and am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association.
  • My professional journey has allowed me to work with diverse age groups, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and disengagement to trauma and peer relationships.
  • I have also gained insights into sport psychology, post-yoga meditation reflection, and other areas of personal development.
